We've changed the name of our low-calorie choices to Smart Food, because we really believe that when you eat healthy and adopt a healthy lifestyle, you're making a smart choice. All these dishes are low or non-fat, and we've included the calorie count.
All Main Dishes are $11, and the Side Dishes are $4. Our minimum order is $55. We deliver on Sundays, and need to have your order no later than 6PM the Thursday before.
MAIN DISHES
Wild Pacific Pan-Seared Halibut -with a little smoked paprika and a touch of bacon (yes, bacon) this delicious dish is only 214 calories per 6 oz. serving and 37 grams of protein.
Baked Cod with Chorizo and White Beans -A tiny bit of spicy chorizo really gives a little kick to this gently flavored fish. The creamy beans make it a complete meal and it's only 293 calories per 5 oz serving.
Gently Poached Salmon -it's a winner every time! Warm or cold it's a great source of protein (approx. 40 grams) at only 400 calories per 6 oz. serving. It's served with a tomato, red onion and yellow pepper salsa.
Tilapia Tacos with Cilantro-Yogurt Aioli -2 tortilla shells and lime marinated tilapia, with a garlicky yogurt and cilantro sauce. Approx 405 calories per serving.
Mediterranean Turkey Burger -a little pesto, a little feta and a lot of flavor! Warm it up, put it in a whole wheat pita, and you've got lunch or dinner for approx. 300 calories per 4 oz burger.
Roasted Veggie Lasagna -who says pasta isn't a smart choice? Grilled veggies layered with low-fat mozzarella, cream sauce made with skim milk (we swear you'd never know!) and a little parmigiano. Approx 490 calories per serving.
Moroccan Style Chicken -boneless, skinless chicken thighs lightly scented with aromatic spices and braised in a grappa-infused sauce of tomato and chicken stock. 290 calories per 5 oz serving of chicken.
Chicken Kebobs -juicy nuggets of chicken grilled with a variety of fresh vegetables, all marinated in a sauce flavored with garlic, mint and a little cayenne. 325 calories per serving (2 kebobs)
Sweet Potato and Black Bean "Chili" -Cumin and chipotle chili give this vegetarian dish the same great flavor you get in beef chili. Super high in fiber and only 374 calories per 2 cup serving.
SIDE DISHES
Artichoke Hummus -artichoke hearts replace high calorie tahini and make this a great snack or side, spread on some crackers or with fresh veggies. 276 calories per 5 oz serving.
