 Everyone finds themselves stretched for time once in awhile. Why not keep a few real homemade specialties in your freezer for just those times? Whether it's a container of Bolognese ragu or Chicken Empanadas, you'll have a delicious, healthy meal in minutes.

 



POTATO GNOCCHI
Light, fluffy pillows of potato and flour, delicious with one of our homemade sauces or your own melted butter with a sprinkle of parmigiano.

RICOTTA GNOCCHI
Even lighter than the potato version (if that's possible). Made with fresh ricotta, these just need a drizzle of melted butter and a dusting of parmigiano to make a delicious meal.

Handmade pasta filled with spinach, ricotta and a dash of nutmeg

BOLOGNESE RAGU
A delicous blend of pork, veal and beef and tomatoes, slowly simmered for hours. Great to have in your freezer or fridge when the urge for pasta strikes.

A flaky, tender handmade crust enveloping a variety of savory fillings. We sell them in packets of six empanadas, and three are perfect for lunch or dinner.

SPINACH PIE
A filling of spinach and broccoli, eggs and cheese, poured into a pie shell and baked till golden. Freezes well. (one 8 inch pie serves 4)

RUSTIC LENTIL SOUP
Onions, carrots and lentils simmered with chicken stock and a touch of tomato, and finished with a splash of white wine. Also available with veggie stock instead of chicken.
